On email, Sept 21st, only the initial "Thank you for your enquiry" email. On Twitter DM "Hi Tim, you should get a response within days. JT 23 Oct 2017, 5:43 pm" I went though this yesterday, which lead to no update, please look at yesterday's tweets/DMs.
