      Hello. It's now been a few working days and still no response. The cancelled flight was nearly 2 months ago and frankly incredibly poor.

      I've been told repeatedly to be patient and 'my case been escalated' etc only to be told today that my claim has not been processed!

          I rang the call centre this morning hence the tweet, and after much waiting I confirmed my details to be told my claim wasn't processed!
