@UK_CAA I’m still waiting for my expenses to be paid from @Ryanair from when they cancelled my flight & stranded me in Majorca over a month ago. They are taking all steps to avoid paying. Who in the industry can I escalate this to? #pleasehelp

That’s the number I called, they are useless & are not the Complaints team. In fact they point blank refused to transfer me to a manager. What’s the direct number for the actual Complaints team? If you feel the need to send it to me in a PM that’s fine.
