Also when I try to log into complainttracker now it says 'flightnumber is invalid'. Does it expire or something? This is a total disgrace, I have been actively pursuing my money for half a year because someone at your service desk couldn't type my name correctly on a cheque...

My details are correct. CS says they are not authorised... If you would follow up on customer queries you would know this. In fact, it was you DL who told me via DM 1 month ago: "I will look into this" and never got back. I'd appreciate if you finished what you said you'd do.
