@Ryanair 5 weeks since I submitted my claim for expenses following my cancelled flight home with less than 25 hrs notice...nothing back from you massively out of pocket!!

Claim submitted 11 October contact Ryanair via telephone/live chat to be told my claim has already been escalated and you are very busy dealing with a back log
