Hi @Ryanair
I asked at Dublin check-in desk if I could have cabin baggage in hold to save souvenirs from previous flight. Was priced €40 for this.
Get to gate, flight is fully booked and looking for volunteers for free hold baggage. Why did I need to bin presents?
HI Dani, we do not offer a free cabin bag check-in at bag drop in Dublin airport, the price they were giving you was for a checked bag. JH

All I'm getting from this is that you wanted to try and milk me for €40 to do something that was going to happen anyway.pic.twitter.com/8tKlWc6KnD

@Ryanair you are doing a very good job of not apologising for a negative customer experience and do not seem to show the ability or desire to improve, or grow from this. - Show replies

Sounds like your Dublin staff could maybe communicate between bag drop and gate more.
