I’m not giving details until I know the amount I’m being refund. Surely that’s fair enough? Imagine if I booked a flight and just sent you a payment for whatever I think it’s worth? Same principle?

Hi, I can't guarantee the amount you will get as I don't handle claims. But if you claimed correctly you will be given what you asked for. You will know the amount when the claim is paid. DL

riggggght..... I really dont understand how you cant see my point. Would you accept a refund of a company without knowing the amount being refunded? Whats to stop Ryainair paying 50% of what I claimed then me having to do this whole process again?

You will not have to start the process again. Ryanair does not decided how much compensation is paid. It is decided by the Eu261 ruling and is the same for everyone. We look at the expenses you claimed and refund those. 1/2
