It can just be taking longer to processing. There are a lot of requests and they can only be processed at a certain speed. Yours will finish shortly and you will be contact as soon as it has been done. DL

You told me you aim for 21-28 days. I have been waiting for nearly 2 months. Other people on the same flight have had their compensation. This does not make any sense. 'Shortly' does not mean anything. Please provide a specific timeframe in which this will be resolved.
