@Ryanair you cancelled my flight for nye &I had to rebook with another airline then.been waiting for refund since 14/10! Whats goin on?!

yesyou are trying to refund me to a card that is no longer valid- uve ignored the new card and details I submitted in my refund form!!! Nobody is telling me what to do or who to contact to get this resolved. Why ask for bank details and then completely disregard what ive sent?
