I have not received ANY reply to the complaint, on either occasion. I was advised by your customer services to send it to cswebform@Ryanair.com is this the correct address or was I given incorrect information?

How long should I wait to receive a response from this link? I logged the complaint last night and still no notification or auto generated acknowledgement email. Is the intention to frustrate customers with every interaction? If so, bravo

Hi, I logged my complaint on 9/11 and today received a reply which was complete nonsense- stating I did not adhere to the terms, whilst outlining them, to which I had met them all in full? There was again no ref no. But can someone reopen the complaint and review the reply given

Hi, since the complaint was only submitted on the 08/11 we'd advise that it could be an automated reply and that an agent will email shortly in regards to the claim. AR

It wasn’t an automated reply, it clearly stated that my complaint did not comply with the terms which it did 100% can you look into this further please or do I need to raise another complaint? Who regulates your complaints as this is not being taken seriously
