@Ryanair losing the will to live....reference RPWVNM and 3973258....been going on since 14th September....can I get some accountability and this reviewed ASAP!?

19th October was last communication from you which was an incorrect review of my complaint (you ignored most of it). So I’ve been waiting since 14th Sep and no one has been able to resolve this correctly.
