@Ryanair For the umpteenth time can you please let me have an update our luggage lost on the 27th Aug 17 yet 12 wks later there is no resolution Wars have begun and finished in that time! The required paperwork has been completed & returned we’ll not give up & keep pursuing it!!

@Ryanair The last email I had was 30/09/2017 which asked to complete and return the claim form via a link provided - this was done early October. Since then nothing!! -
