@Ryanair do you bother responding to customer complaints anymore or do they simply receive the same levels of contempt as every other customer interaction? I made a complaint 2 weeks ago and not even an acknowledgement received

Ok, so why was I given the other address by a member of your call handling team?! I’ve spent 2 weeks chasing this when given the wrong details to begin with- great. Hopefully this new address will be more useful

How long should I wait to receive a response from this link? I logged the complaint last night and still no notification or auto generated acknowledgement email. Is the intention to frustrate customers with every interaction? If so, bravo
