@Ryanair do you bother responding to customer complaints anymore or do they simply receive the same levels of contempt as every other customer interaction? I made a complaint 2 weeks ago and not even an acknowledgement received

I have never received any correspondence regarding the complaint! I have made calls, told to raise complaint and heard nothing back
