Claim was submitted on 26/9 and I have the screen grab. The EU261 form was not working so you advised to use the contact form instead.

It was not incorrect. If one form does not work you can use the other. But as stated above my colleague could not see a claim submitted.

My acknowledgement came September 28th Tim. Still no compensation though. They have now just chosen to ignore me!
