6 weeks on and @Ryanair still have yet to process my €200 claim let alone pay it back. Awful customer service. Maybe they’ve got such bad press already lately that they just don’t care anymore!!

Hi JH, as I hope you can appreciate this is extremely frustrating as initially I was advised it would be 7 working days, then 14 and then 21 and then your twitter team advised 2 working days last week. How long can this keep going on?
