Unfortunately not JC, that is part of the problem, it’s saying there’s ‘an outstanding balance on your account’ which I’m guessing is the £9 charge the online chat adviser applied to our booking!

Yep, did that yesterday and it's still charging me £9 for a £4 seat change - because the online chat adviser processed it and not me! Can you amend this to £4 please so that I can make the purchase? Thanks

That isn't what I was told JC. The chat adviser said that the £4 cost of that seat is if customers use the website directly but calling or using the online chat would cost more because of admin fees! The booking ref is at the top of this thread.

Yes. The chat service is free but using it to make changes will incur and admin fee. There is no fee when you do it yourself. DL

But your website won't allow me to do this myself, hence why I went through to the chat to explain that there is a problem. Please help me get this resolved. I just want to pay the £4 to get one of us moved so that we are next to each other. I can see there are seats available!
