Hi Andy, sorry for the mistake... you can log in to our website by using the booking reference and change and pay the seat. JC

Unfortunately not JC, that is part of the problem, it’s saying there’s ‘an outstanding balance on your account’ which I’m guessing is the £9 charge the online chat adviser applied to our booking!
