Yes especially when there was 11 people on the booking that they messed about. Had a lot of hassle and now can't even use compensation

Yes I booked it with my account and we had nothing but trouble,when we got the £80 that was at least something but to now not let us use it

But it's expired,don't see the problem as long as flight was used before March why does it matter,clearly done it on purpose so we miss out
