      Great!I also sent a complaint letter in regards to the loss of earnings,being stranded etc this was over 2 weeks ago and i havent heard back

      Resulted in having to sleep on a cold dublin airport floor with no hotel room even tho this was promised before we left palma

          Can I please have an update regarding my complaint. Its been over 7 weeks since I sent my written complaint and nearly 4 weeks since I done another complaint online and I have heard nothing. I want an update..what is going on?!
