You stated in a previous tweet that you called and they told you the timeframe was wrong. Please wait until the cheque arrives. DL

No that was in relation to a response !! I have since had the letter on the 23rd !! Stating ten days !! So that overrides that !!

Then if you believe that your cheque has been lost. Please call and ask for a manager or ask for a new cheque. DL
