@Ryanair I am trying to apply the £80 voucher you issued but it is showing a voucher value at £0.00? Why? Can somebody help me?

I have spent so much time trying to rectify this on the phone - chargeable calls. It should just be straightforward 2 minute job to refund!

I do not want to wait 10 days for the complaint to be assessed so I am then without £160. I was told the refund would be 2/3 days - furious!

What is even more frustrating is the lies their call centre tell, and when you seek help they are unable to do anything, no managers either!
