If you are considering flying @ryanair don't! Worst customer service and checkin experience of my life. After 2hrs waiting in their long lines I missed my boarding time & flight. Then they charged me another 100 #chaosrules on this airline #Ryanair

I did already and like I said got a form letter back stating the rules checkin to flight 3 minutes prior. It was as if no one read my long letter.
