@Ryanair I have an Insufficient response to a complaint but do not seem to have a right to reply to the email received. How do I progress?

I have not submitted a claim. I have been told I can't claim. I have registered the complaint again with no response.

I have tried to track the complaint but the reference number is invalid as it should be a 6 digit number but mine is 7 digits??????
