@Ryanair I was informed I would be receiving a full and final settlement in respect of my claim (1759690/AT7DRW) within 10 working days. This time frame has now surpassed and I am yet to receive the funds. Can you please provide me with an update?

I have just received an email claiming the funds were paid to me on the 10th Oct 2017. I can tell you categorically that I have not received the funds. Can you please give me details on how I can contact someone about this immediately?
