@Ryanair I got that letter to say a cheque is approved for my compensation claim two weeks ago. Still no cheque in the post, who can help?

I tried calling - machine said it's busy and hung up. Tried live chat, agent ignored my proof, says there is no claim despite my proof. :(

I have steeled myself to contact Ryanair regarding expenses claim 1883973 for flight CSURMT from 2017-10-27, let's see how long it takes me to speak to a human about it. Calling 0330 1007 838 now.
