@Ryanair I was informed I would be receiving a full and final settlement in respect of my claim (1759690/AT7DRW) within 10 working days. This time frame has now surpassed and I am yet to receive the funds. Can you please provide me with an update?

I’ve still not received payment. The letter I received on 8th Oct 2017 said the funds would hit my bank account within 10 working days. It’s now been 26 working days. Please advise?
