As advised by Swissport we've documented all damaged items and taken pictures but the system only wants receipts. Apparently about £20 kg >>
<< is standard compensation without receipts but who keeps receipts for t shirts, bikinis and sunglasses. Replacement cost is approx £500 >>
<< so under £200 isn't acceptable. Who can we talk with that isn't that will understand that we can't replace damaged items for 35% cost?
We have kept all damaged items for examination including prescription @TommyHilfiger sunglasses! £20 per kg, I think not!
Hi, you can always submit the claim with the info they need first and add things like photos after as an update 1/2
