Hi please advise - I've been waiting 5 weeks to hear back about compensation and was told I'm not entitled despite my partner getting compensation for the same flight. Your team is saying to fill out another form but I don't wanna wait another 5 weeks - other options?

We've called the number on your website twice and we keep getting told CS doesn't have a number? Is it usual for some passengers on the same flight to get compensation and others to not?

Just to elaborate my partner received compensation for the fact our plane was delayed yet I was told it wasn't Ryanair's fault so I won't be getting compensation - that's got nothing to do with individual circumstance
