@Ryanair We came home on a flight with a damaged bag which wasn’t noticed at the airport. Staff being v unhelpful. Need to claim, no PIR

Didn't report it there as we weren't aware of damage as only the zip & padlock were broken. I did the online report as soon as we realised.
