Turns out we're not even allowed to purchase water because the cabin crew are no longer working and the new crew haven't arrived

Clearly states in your policy that we as customers have a 'Right to Care'. We were delayed 3 hours and wasn't offered even a drink.

appalling that we were treated by a company in charge of our safety. Mother's who wanted water for their babies were denied free water.

The point is we were not offered our PAX rights. We were denied water on a flight that was on the tarmac for 3 hours.
