@Ryanair going round in circles trying to get compensation for cancelled flights. It seems almost impossible and staff can't/won't help.
Did you advise in your general claim the issue you were having submitting the correct form? JH

Yes I did. I made it all very clear. It feels like it's being made very difficult to get compensation passengers are entitled to.
