@Ryanair awful service, cancels flights three hours before hand, would not recommend flying with them. a waste of my time. 

Hi, due to strikes in France Oct 10th, we had to cancel flights. You can apply for a refund through the email. DL

a refund for what exactly? the money we paid to book accommodation? car hire? activities? or just the lame flights.
