@aoifeban here’s one for your readers, @garnolan and his family left stuck in Spain after receiving txt from @Ryanair today. Absolute joke!pic.twitter.com/yF7FOkk8be

You can help by refunding my €525 i paid to @jet2tweets and compensating us for ruining the end of our holiday and putting a family ..
through a 36 hour nightmare. I understand atc strikes in france are not ur fault but you could have flown lateron tuesday like @jet2tweets
and @AerLingus. Instead you tell us our next available option from barcelona is next tuesday. Your customer service is horrendous and needs
serious addressing. If i receive a text of cancellation in Spain i cannot get you on the phone. Your live chat never works either. If you
want to regain peoples trust you need to make it easier to contact you from abroad and not harder. When i got ryanair in spain on phone it
was all in spanish so was not able to get any help. I had a friend in ireland on the phone for the whole day pretending to be me so he could
get flights changed. Then you book us on a previously cancelled flight and tell us to get to reus airport asap which we did 3 find no flight
And we weren't the only ones booked on the phantom reus-stanstead flight. We met a canadian couple who were booked on to the same imaginary
flight. They flew in a taxi from bcn to reus at a cost of €130 to find no flight. They also paid @jet2tweets jet2 to get them to leeds as
they had to catch a flight to canada . So regardless of atc strikes in France you have completely neglected people with your behaviour
