When you ask a simple question to @ryanair Dublin ground staff about the status of your delayed flight then they threaten you with a torrent of abuse, advise you to barge in the queue and generally embarrass you in front of an entire airport #customerservicefail

What so you can print my complaint and recycle it into toilet paper for management to wipe their bums with? Tried giving you feedback before and it was 6 months before you replied. How about you just train your ground staff to not bully and humiliate your customers?
