@Ryanair it is seemingly impossible to claim refund on flight delayed by more than 3 with your online claim form. Can’t get past dropdownbox

Been through that. It’s the refund form that won’t allow claim for delayed flight. Only for delayed & will not travel. Flight 4.5hrs late.

I contacted live chat. They told me to fill in a complaint form which I did. No response yet. Can't afford time or £ for call!

That's ridiculous! Seems like a simple problem..or just tell me straight. Why can't I get past the drop down box? Been txtd by a claim firm.

Hi John, you seem to be experiencing a technical error. If you have filed a complaint though it can take 21-28 days to process 1/2
