Hi Néil, it can take between 14-21 working days for refunds to be processed. If you flight was cancelled you can claim a full refund. DL

15 working days now and no refund. Who do I contact when inevitably it still isn't received after 21 days? No sign of compensation either!!!

Hi, we can see refund has been processed back to the card used for the booking on 15th Sep. And compensation claim has been escalated. JT
