@Ryanair You advise to speak to an agent to get alternative flights sorted yet faced with what I can only presume is an automated response..

That isn't good enough though really. I haven't 'decided' to fly with another airline, there are no planes for me to get home on that day.

Apparently according to the news RA are meant to pay for you to be on another airlines flights - which in our case were way more pricy

Yes but the flights were a third of the cost of the replacement ones I had to book with other airlines
