@Ryanair made a complaint regarding refusing to refund items after baggage delayed. Complaint refused as ‘bag returned within 24 hours’.

Your company has created a lie stating I received baggage back in 24 hours. False. And this 24 hour rule is not stated ANYWHERE on your site
