@Ryanair please send me email address for inflight sales. Asked customer services a week ago but nothing yet. Sales charged me twice!
Hi Nikki, that is odd as we can clearly see that the refund of 21.12€ was sent to the credit card used for booking of the flight. JT

I thought you would have refunded the card 'used' in the flight as it was the one which was charged in error.

Also I have checked my bank statement for the debit card used to purchase the flight and there is no refund showing
