this has been ignored by the complaints team for the last 4 weeks
Thanks,I can confirm a refund has been processed back to the Master card that was used in the booking,Is there an issue with this card? EA

yes, i closed the account months ago, I explained it by live chat and by phone and filed the new bank details in on the complaint website
