@Ryanair do you reimburse the costs of booking through another airline after you cancelled our flight and your next ones all sold out

You can submit the complaint, and Ryanair will simply say 'oh it's not our fault, we're not paying bla bla'.

And Easyjet managed to fly the same route at the same time, so you can't say it's 'out of your control'!
