Couldnt check in 2hrs prior, thou bought tickets same day (+200€ due to tech issues). Also lost seats I bought @ 4x8€. Will any be refunded?

RQ2FSS is the booking confirmation. We were moved from row 3 to rows 29/30 when we were given tickets with no explanation.
