Over the last couple of years, @Ryanair has made real, tangible improvements to their customer experience. Today's news is a big step back.
Hi Amanda, This is to reduce the number of flight delays caused by too many customers arriving at the gate with 2 carry-on bags.

As a regular Ryanair customer, often flying twice a week, and a CX specialist, I don't believe the carry-on bags cause the delays.
