@Ryanair I made a complaint, cancelled my flights for today and asked for a refund months ago. Why has it not been cancelled?

I wasn't advised anything. The phone operator refused to help, was rude and hung up on us. None of my email complaints have been replied to.

So you're saying to avoid £600 of charges I have to check us all in for two flights we are not taking?
