As per T's&C's when checking in with free randomly allocated seats, the seats are thus allocated randomly free of charge. LF
"Randomly" would suggest with no interference - this is inaccurate for your allocation software...
Which ensures that customers are purposely not sat next to each other - which therefore is not random. Also, utterly disgraceful behaviour
As you haven't responded, can you confirm if this is legally "randomly allocated"? Noticed you removed the Regulations for this in the T&Cs
