@Ryanair splitting me and my bf up to force us to pay for the AVAILABLE seat next to one of us!shame on you and poor customer service
Hi Meg, as per T's&C's when checking in with randomly allocated seats, the seats are thus allocated randomly. JT

but there is seats next to us, splitting us up however 'randomly' is bad service to force us to pay more-other budget airlines don't do this

We understand the issue, but these days more people are choosing to purchase seats therefor our algorithm has less joint seats available. JT
