@Ryanair when your website clearly says I am allowed check in up to 2 bags having purchased a 20kg allowance, why was I only allowed one?

Hi Ger, if you pay for 1 checked baggage you can check in only 1 checked bag. LR

Also how would this work if only one bag allowed :The pooling or sharing of purchased checked baggage allowances is permitted with others.

If you purchuse 2 bags you are allowed to do bag pool. Bag in this case must weigh max 32kg. Thanks MV

Totally misleading help page. No reply to my first quote. zero staff in airport. Now I remember why I don't fly Ryanair. Utterly useless.

Your explanation does not match website. Please make help pages unambiguous as it clearly says you can split your weight across 2 bags.
