No they where not they handed out water and nothing else after queueing for 6 hours we where told it would take 2 weeks to get us home
The staff behind the desk did not give a damn take the two week wait paying our own accom after 1 night or go away and sort it ourselves
Your Cust Serv is shocking I lost count of the people in tears at the way you treated them you just cut people adrift
If you think telling a family of six to wait two weeks for a flight and pay our own way is acceptable you really are the worst in Europe
