      Well why have I a chat transcript from support stating to submit photos? I tried to engage, Ryanair mishandled my luggage then misinformed

      Respectfully,that is not good enough. Made contact within 30min of landing / was misinformed of steps here by Ryanair. Now my fault/expense?
